Welcome to Grounded Roots. Here you will find a collection of stories and experiences that have led to me rekindling a long-lost connection with nature: a placed carved out through millions of years of evolution. Why this sudden fascination with nature? I often inadvertently neglect it, and yet when watching a nature documentary on TV, find myself captivated by its many quirks and charms. From the intellectually stimulating to the visually beautiful, natures behavior and design rarely fails to be entertaining. For me our woodlands became impossible not to campaign for, especially when I became so familiar with their innate character. From a newly sprouted sapling to an ancient tree, with enough support, we can protect them and the woodlands they call home.
